Facilitation & Workshops

I help organizations build lasting internal capacity in communications, ideation, and creativity so the work continues well after our engagement ends. Sessions are tailored to your team's needs and can cover presentation skills, negotiation, design basics, social media communications, and creative & systems thinking frameworks.

I also work with organizations that have an existing idea or learning objective they want to turn into a structured workshop. Drawing on my facilitation training, I partner with a staff member to co-create the session flow and learning design—mentoring them on structure, pacing, and engagement techniques so they can lead it confidently themselves.

Experience Design
